Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking an energetic Behavior Technician or RBT to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs under BCBA guidance.

You will gather data, follow treatment plans, and communicate progress to the clinical team while enjoying flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health. After-school hours and a competitive hourly rate are offered in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old and reliable transportation.
• Interest in behavioral health and willingness to obtain RBT certification.
• Ability to work in home, school, and clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
