Job summary

Circle Care Services in New Jersey seeks a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs under BCBA supervision.

You’ll join a supportive team, enjoy flexible after-school hours, and have opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health, with support to complete your RBT certification if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Willingness to pursue RBT certification if not already certified.
• Experience or interest in behavioral health.
• Ability to work with children and families.
• Comfort with data collection and progress tracking.
• Awareness of supervision by a BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
