Job summary

Total Care ABA in Hartwell, GA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in-home and in-school settings across Georgia. Earn $20-$28 per hour with flexible schedules and ongoing training.

As an RBT you will deliver individualized ABA therapy, implement plans developed by a BCBA, collect accurate data, collaborate with families and clinical staff, and help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client's progress.
• Travel to client's homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in-person throughout Georgia.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training and commit to continued learning and performance improvement.
