Job summary

Total Care ABA in Georgia is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with children in-home, in-school, and community settings. Eastman, GA opportunities offer flexible schedules and competitive pay.

As part of a BCBA-led team, you will deliver ABA therapy, collect data, and collaborate with families to support each child’s growth. Full-time and part-time options available across Georgia.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Active registration with the BACB.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in-person throughout Georgia.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement.
