Job summary

Total Care ABA in Tunnel Hill, GA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home, in-school, and in community settings across Georgia. Earn $20–$28 per hour with flexible schedules to fit your lifestyle.

As part of our team, you'll implement treatment plans created by a BCBA, collect client data, and support development of communication, social, and daily living skills while traveling to clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification.
• Active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Experience with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client's progress.
• Travel to client's homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in-person throughout Georgia.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement.
