Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and in-school ABA therapy across Georgia. Earn $20–$28 per hour with flexible schedules and professional development opportunities.

The role involves delivering individualized therapy, collecting data, and collaborating with BCBA supervisors while traveling to client homes and community settings. Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification with BACB registration and a High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ABA experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Travel to client's homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in-person throughout Georgia.
