Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children in-home, in-school, and in community settings across Georgia. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy, implement plans, and document progress to support student development.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Active registration with the BACB.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• ABA experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in-person throughout Georgia.
