Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

You will provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, follow treatment plans, and collect session data while supporting skill development and positive behaviour. Flexible scheduling and ongoing supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma required.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license may be required.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behaviour intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behaviour.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
