Total Care ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Shenandoah, VA. Earn $18–$24 per hour with flexible schedules for in-home and in-school ABA services across Virginia. Training provided; experience with children preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred; ABA experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and school settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
• Collect and record client progress data accurately.
• Encourage positive behaviors with evidence-based strategies.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team for child success.
