Job summary

Total Care ABA in Max Meadows, VA is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Earn $18–$24 per hour with paid training and ongoing support. Provide one-on-one ABA services in-home and in-school, under BCBA supervision, helping children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

No ABA experience? We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you build a successful career in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• ABA experience is preferred but not required.
• RBT certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home and in-school settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect and accurately record client progress data.
• Encourage positive behaviors through evidence-based interventions.
• Partner with families and clinical team to support each child’s success.
• Travel locally to client homes and community settings as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Help children achieve meaningful goals and milestones.
