Champions ABA MA is seeking a Behavior Technician to support in-home and community-based ABA therapy in Mashpee, MA. The role involves collaborating with BCBAs to implement individualized treatment plans and collect data on client progress.

As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in making a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other members of the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans


• Implement:Aversive and Differential Reinforcement (ABA) techniques to address a range of behaviors


• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior


• Collaborate with family members and caregivers to ensure effective communication and implementation of treatment plans


• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client data and progress


• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and company initiatives
