Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team for 12 hours per week serving our long-term care community in Pickens, SC.

We offer flexible scheduling and competitive pay. The RD will perform clinical nutrition assessments, document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team to support patient care.

Qualifikationen

• CDR-credentialed dietitian with active licensure.
• Client-centered approach and strong communication skills.
• Makes recommendations for wound care and weight changes.

Aufgaben

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Complete the MDS - Section K.
• Calculate TF.
• Provide wound and weight-change recommendations.
