Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC seeks a consultant dietitian to join our team serving a long-term care community in Chesapeake, VA. This part-time role involves 24 hours per week with a flexible schedule and competitive pay.

Responsibilities include completing clinical nutrition assessments, documenting with the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, collaborating with the care plan team, completing the MDS - Section K, TF calculations, and providing wound and weight-change recommendations.

Qualifications

• Credentialed by the CDR.
• Dietetic licensure in Virginia.
• Client-centered approach.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Complete the MDS - Section K.
• Calculating TF.
• Make recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes.
