Responsibilities

• Oversee medical and medication issues and MAP. Monitor and coordinate care in collaboration with staff and Program Director.
• Collaborate with the Program Director to supervise direct care staff and provide ongoing education.
• Coordinate crisis intervention as needed.
• Provide on-call coverage through established rotation.
• Document interactions and service notes accurately in the EMR system.
