Qualifications

• Active LPN license in MA is required.
• Driver's license and reliable car required.
• Preferred: Active RN license in MA.
• Experience supporting mental health needs is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Medical and Medication Oversight - manage medical care and medications for persons served in our homes.
• Crisis Intervention - respond to emergencies and de-escalate crises.
• Staff Training - train staff on health/safety rules and document incidents.
• Compliance - keep programs up to date with medical laws and inspections.
