BAMSI, Inc. is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Holliston, MA teams. You will provide essential medical oversight in our community-based group homes for adults with complex medical needs, developmental disabilities, and mental health challenges.

Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license in MA, have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and can communicate clearly in English. The role offers fulltime hours, competitive compensation, and a supportive environment

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in MA
• Driver’s license and reliable car
• Experience with mental health needs (personal or professional)
• Fluent in English
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Medical & Medication Oversight – manage care and medications, train staff on safe practices.
• Crisis Intervention – respond to emergencies and de-escalate crises.
• Staff Training – train staff on health/safety rules and document incidents.
• Compliance – keep programs up to date with medical paperwork and inspections.
