Job summary

BAMSI is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator (RN) to join our Day Services team in Massachusetts. You will coordinate, monitor, and support healthcare delivery across multiple day programs, blending direct clinical oversight with program-level coordination.

You will supervise nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and liaise with physicians and healthcare providers while traveling between sites as required.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in MA with current license.
• 2–3 years nursing experience in community-based or residential settings.
• Experience with developmental disabilities or mental health is preferred.
• Strong communication and teaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate healthcare services across day service programs.
• Review health assessments, exams, physician orders, and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records per regulations.
• Liaise with physicians, hospitals, pharmacies, and other providers.
• Provide guidance to staff on health-related concerns and care planning.
• Provide clinical supervision to LPNs and day service staff.
• Participate in hiring and development of nursing staff.
• Travel between programs as needed.
