Job summary

MyWorkChoice is hiring a full-time Assembler at a Stanley Black & Decker facility in Willard, OH. You can pick and change shifts and days in the MWC App, giving you real scheduling flexibility and a dependable paycheck.

Hours are 5:45 am–2:15 pm, Monday–Friday, with pay at $18.25/hour and weekly or daily pay options. You’ll inspect parts, operate equipment, maintain clean work areas, and support continuous improvement while adhering to ISO procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong manual dexterity to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, including ISO work procedures
• Strong communication, teamwork, and basic troubleshooting skills
• Prior assembly or light industrial experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify parts using visual checks, gauges, and fixtures to ensure quality
• Operate equipment safely, perform basic maintenance, and report safety or quality concerns
• Maintain a clean work area and support team production and continuous improvement efforts
