Job summary

MyWorkChoice is seeking an Assembler for its Martin, TN facility. You will join a production line with flexible shift options (3:30 PM–12 AM or 6:00 AM–2:30 PM) and days Monday–Friday, choosing your schedule in the app. Pay is $17/hour with weekly pay, and duties include setting up workstations and supporting Lean processes.

Expect a fast-paced, team-based environment. Candidates should be able to lift up to 40 lbs and adapt to repetitive tasks while maintaining production rates.

  • 3:30 PM - 12 AM
  • 6 AM - 2:30 PM
• Days: Monday - Friday (choose your shifts in the app)
• Pay: $17/hour, paid every Friday (daily pay also available)

We'll have you complete a quick observation shift before you start - just so you know exactly what you're walking into.
