Your Shift

• Hours: 9 pm – 6 am
• Days: Sunday – Thursday
• Pay: $19.25/hour, paid every Friday (daily pay available)

Requirement: Workers must provide and wear their own steel-toed shoes.

What You’ll Do

At this Stanley Black & Decker facility in Willard, OH, you’ll work on an active production line, supporting the team by:

• Hanging and inspecting parts on the production line to keep things moving safely and on track
• Operating hand tools and production equipment using proper PPE (arm guards, face shields, Kevlar aprons)
• Maintaining a clean work area following 5S standards
• Supporting continuous improvement efforts on the floor

Experience & Requirements

• Comfortable standing and performing repetitive tasks for the full duration of a shift
• Able to keep pace in a fast-moving production environment
• Able to read and follow written instructions, including work procedures
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly throughout the shift
• Reliable, communicates well, and works well with a team
• Steel-toed/safety shoes required (workers must provide their own)
