Aim Higher ABA is hiring an RBT to provide one-to-one ABA therapy in clients\' homes, daycares, and community settings. You will implement individualized skill programs, collect observable data, and submit notes promptly under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have active RBT license/certification.
• Experience with ABA therapy is a plus.
• Comfortable collecting data and maintaining session notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, daycares, and community settings.
• Implement individualized skill acquisition programs.
• Collect data and submit session notes accurately and on time; maintain a safe, respectful environment.
• Complete other RBT-related tasks as assigned.
