Job summary

Able Minds ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Maryland team. We provide in-home, in-school, or in-clinic 1:1 ABA therapy with supervision from a BCBA and focus on meaningful client progress.

The role offers full-time or part-time hours, flexible shifts, and opportunities for career advancement within a supportive, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy experience or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
