Job summary

Mastermind Behavior Services is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in homes, schools, or clinics in Cochran, GA. You will implement plans created by a BCBA and track student progress in a supportive setting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, reliable transportation, and adherence to safety protocols to foster positive outcomes for ASD clients. Flexible schedules and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain the 40-hour RBT course.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 ABA therapy to clients
• Implementing treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collecting and documenting data on client progress
• Collaborating with families and team members to ensure client success
• Maintaining a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions
