Job summary

HireCare Services in Apex, NC seeks compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.

You’ll help children reach developmental goals through structured teaching, play, and positive reinforcement, while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Part-time and full-time schedules are available, with 15-25+ hours per week based on client needs, and training support for RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required or willingness to obtain (training support provided).
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism are essential.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Deliver individualized ABA treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA.
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Share updates and progress with the BCBA team.
• Complete clear and timely session notes.
• Build warm, supportive relationships with children and families.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
