Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism, in home or clinic settings. You will implement individualized treatment plans and collect data under the supervision of a BCBA, with regular collaboration with teammates and participation in trainings.

The role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a criminal background check.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Valid state ID, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic.
• Implement individualized plans written by supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and attend staff trainings.
• Must have a vehicle and be punctual to appointments.
