Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- in Irvington, NJ seeks a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.

Work part-time with flexible afternoons/evenings; data collection during sessions; collaborate with a supervising BCBA; support families with strategies and progress updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; coursework in psychology or education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends is preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
