LMG is a full-service event technology provider delivering video, audio, lighting, and LED solutions for corporate events, conventions, and live productions. Located in Mount Juliet, this part-time role supports preparing, staging, and inventorying equipment to ensure gear is ready and available when it matters.

You will gain hands-on exposure to professional AV equipment, work with experienced technicians, and explore multiple disciplines through rotational learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be enrolled in a college or university.
• Demonstrated reliability and willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Prepare audiovisual equipment for upcoming shows, tours, and rental projects.
• Support equipment staging activities across audio, video, lighting, and LED disciplines.
• Assist with inventory tracking, asset management, and equipment accountability.
• Process equipment returns and help maintain accurate gear movement records.
• Support loading and unloading operations for incoming and outgoing equipment.
• Gain exposure to multiple areas of the business through rotational learning opportunities.
• Help maintain organized workflows and efficient warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with experienced technicians while learning industry best practices.

Location: Mount Juliet, TN| Part Time | Pay Range: $15.00 - $17.00/HR /HR (Based on experience and qualifications)
