WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
  • Actively approach customers requiring additional help to identify their needs and advise them on the best solutions for their homes.
  • Keep area of responsibility clean, tidy, priced and fully stocked, ensuring that IKEA basic merchandising standards are in place at all times to give customers a positive shopping experience.
  • Convey passion about IKEA products and actively learn about their features and benefits, sharing this knowledge with customers to help them make informed choices, resulting in a better overall shopping experience.
  • Build furniture as needed for In‑Shape as New, introduction of new products, commercial calendar implementation and remodels.
  • Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy at the point of receiving.
  • Flow product to final selling location.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide customers with a simple and efficient Full Serve Hand Out experience.
  • Provide the customer with a simple and smooth returns and exchange experience.

JOB DETAILS
  • Job type: Permanent, Part‑time
  • Hours: 12‑20 Hours/Week. Retail environment, must have open availability on weekends and 2‑3 days of weekday flexibility.
  • Pay range: $17.77 to $22.80 per hour.
