Job summary

IKEA Gruppe in Emeryville, CA is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to help customers find the best home solutions and deliver a positive shopping experience on the sales floor.

You will guide customers to top-selling products, maintain a tidy, well-stocked area, and assemble display products for new arrivals. This hourly, full-time role requires open availability and a passion for home furnishings.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in retail sales, preferably in the home furnishing sector.
• The starting rate/salary for this position ranges from 22 USD to 28.65 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.

The pay for this role is $22-28.65

The pay range for this role is $ 17.58-24.83 based on Ikea equivalent years of experience
