Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer. You will serve and safeguard clients across diverse industries, with access to our shift-pickup platform to claim open shifts and build your schedule.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable security experience.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment per state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license if driving company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background check required in accordance with laws; drug screening may be required.
• No prior experience required.
• Be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).
• Reliability and adaptability to different post assignments.
• Ability to operate radio/console equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the public.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or vehicle.
• Monitor for irregular or unusual conditions and report suspicious activity.
• Issue warnings for violations and control access to property.
• Observe personnel departures to prevent theft and ensure proper removal of property.
• Investigate incidents and maintain logs.
• Assist customers and colleagues in a courteous, professional manner.
• Make emergency notifications as required by site orders.
