Job summary

Securitas is seeking a Flex Security Officer's for full-time roles in St Louis, MO. The wage is $18.00 per hour, with shifts 0700-1500, 1500-2300 and 2300-0700.

The position involves monitoring premises, enforcing access control, and patrolling multiple client sites to maintain safety and security. Responsibilities include de-escalation, reporting hazards, providing customer service to employees and visitors, and using security technology.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a strong professional appearance.
• Must have a valid driver\'s license.
• Driving record must meet company and/or insurance standards.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

Responsibilities

TheFlex SecurityOfficer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:
