Job summary

Securitas is seeking a Flex Officer (Part Time) in Bettendorf, IA to help maintain a safe environment across client sites. You will monitor premises, manage access control, patrol locations and respond to incidents with calm, professional judgment.

This role requires strong customer service and teamwork, with shifts including weekends and holidays. Training is provided, along with benefits, PTO, uniforms, and a daily pay option through the program.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to travel up to 1.5 hours from Bettendorf, IA for a site.
• Driver certification.

• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Primary Location: Bettendorf, IA

Wage Range: $17.00-$18.50/HR

The FlexOfficer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
