Securitas USA is seeking a Flex Security Officer for a full-time position in St. Louis, MO. You will monitor the premises, control access, patrol, and respond to incidents, while delivering professional service to clients and guests.

Position requires 18+ years old, a High School Diploma or GED, and strong computer skills. Work 0700–1500, 1500–2300, or 2300–0700 shifts with a competitive benefits package and weekly pay.

Flex Security Officer's - Full Time

Primary Location:

St Louis, MO

Wage:

$18.00/HR

Available Shifts:

• 0700 - 1500
• 1500 - 2300
• 2300 - 0700

The Flex Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.

• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
