The role offers 30–40 hours weekly with flexible scheduling; you’ll patrol, monitor entrances, assist visitors, and respond to emergencies, building a foundation for a long-term career.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Must be 18+ (unarmed) or 21+ (armed) and able to obtain licensing.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license for driving positions.
• Willing to work varying shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to travel the required distance.
• Multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department as needed.
• Warn violators of rule infractions (loitering, smoking, etc.).
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect company property and ensure proper removal of items.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Make emergency notifications per site Post Orders.
