Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Valid driver's license if operating a company or customer vehicle.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Must be at least 18 years old (21 if armed per state rules).
• Ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas by foot or vehicle.
• Monitor for unusual conditions and report safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or contact authorities as needed.
• Warn violators and control access to property.
• Observe exits and entrances; protect company property.
• Investigate incidents and prepare written reports.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously.
• Provide emergency notifications per site procedures.
