Job summary

Surefox North America, Inc. is seeking a Flex Security Agent for an on-site, part-time/flex role in Palo Alto. You will support daily security operations, incident coordination, and guest interactions, while maintaining professional appearance and client standards.

Responsibilities include incident response, reporting, badge control, and coordinating with client contacts. Availability for on-call, weekend, and variable schedules is required and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent and be eligible for employment in the United States.
• California BSIS Guard Registration and CPR/First Aid certification required or in-progress.
• Experience with security procedures and access control is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site security liaison between client and Surefox.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents, prepare incident reports, and coordinate with GSOC.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, alarms, and security platforms; enforce client post orders and procedures.
