Job summary

Securitas, Inc. is seeking a flexible Flex Officer in Topeka, KS to help maintain a safe environment for our clients.

You will monitor premises, manage access control, patrol multiple sites, and enforce regulations for personnel, visitors, and areas under your watch. This full- and part-time position offers hourly wages of $14.00–$21.00, with benefits such as medical/dental/vision, 401K, paid training, paid time off, uniforms, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

Responsibilities

TheFlex Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
