Securitas USA is hiring a Flex Officer (Part Time) in Manhattan, KS. The role involves maintaining a safe environment, monitoring access, and patrolling client locations. You will enforce regulations and provide excellent service to employees and visitors.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, strong computer skills, and the ability to work independently while staying calm under pressure. Pre-employment screening is required, and a uniform is provided.

Responsabilidades

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client's employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Flex Officer - Part Time

Primary Location: Manhattan, KS

Wage Range: $15.75-$19.00/HR

The Flex Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
