Securitas, Inc. is seeking a Flex Security Officer to maintain a safe, secure environment at client sites in Kansas City, MO. The role involves access control, patrolling diverse locations, and enforcing site regulations. Training, uniforms, and benefits are provided.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, the ability to lead a small team, and solid computer/tech proficiency. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring alertness and professional conduct.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.

Flex Security Officer - Full Time

Primary Location: Kansas City, MO

Wage Range: $15.00-$21.00/HR

Hours & Shifts May Vary

TheFlex Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to theclient’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Driver Certified.
• 1 year of security experience.
