Securitas USA is seeking a Flex Multi-Site Security Officer for full-time work in Santa Fe, NM. The role involves monitoring, access control, and patrolling multiple client locations to maintain a safe environment.

Primary responsibilities include enforcing client site regulations, reporting safety concerns, and delivering customer service to employees and guests. The position requires security experience and the ability to work 2 of 3 shifts with strong attention to detail.

• Enforce rules and directives for client sites and personnel.
• Provide customer service to client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues or suspicious activity.
• Follow post orders and complete assigned rounds.

Flex Multi-Site Security Officer - Full Time

Primary Location: Santa Fe, NM

Wage Range: $18.00-$20.00/HR

The Flex Multi-Site Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client's employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Reliable transportation needed.
• Must be able to work 2 out of 3 shifts - open availability greatly desired.
• Security experience required.
