Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum of 1 year of security experience.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security‑related procedures and location policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and coordinate with onsite management and emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including interior and exterior areas and parking.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Complete required reports and logs documenting patrols and interactions according to Allied Universal standards.
