Qualifications

• Customer service experience handling visitors and contractors.

• Regular security patrols and monitoring of access points.

• Background check and drug screen as required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to port visitors, personnel, contractors, and/or vendors.
• Respond to incidents and security concerns following emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of port facilities, buildings, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry.
• Document observations and communicate with Allied Universal leadership.
