Job summary

Insight in Hanover Park, IL is seeking an Associate Technician W2 to configure hardware, deploy images, and troubleshoot system hardware as part of a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator. The role supports desks, laptops, servers, and devices with imaging tools like Ghost/MDT/SCCM.

Candidates should have a BA/BS or 2 years of related experience, Windows OS expertise, and basic scripting. This onsite role requires strong hardware troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a four-year college or university or 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PCs, messaging and server software applications experience required. LAN/WAN, and ability to automate tasks using basic scripting techniques a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, vendor diagnostics, imaging software such as Ghost, MDT, or SCCM.
• Minimum of one year hardware troubleshooting experience, including laptops and desktops for Tier One vendors.

We Are Looking For An Associate Technician W2 With

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year College or university or 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
