Job summary

Insight Enterprises, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Associate Technician for an onsite W2 role. You will deploy images, customize software per instructions, and troubleshoot hardware issues to ensure system readiness.

The position requires a BA/BS or 2 years of related experience, Windows OS proficiency, and imaging tool knowledge. Growth opportunities within Insight’s technology leadership track are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PC’s, messaging and server software applications required; LAN/WAN and ability to automate tasks using basic scripting techniques a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems and imaging software such as Ghost, MDT, or SCCM.
• Minimum of one year hardware troubleshooting experience including laptops and desktops for Tier One vendors.

We are looking for an Associate Technician – W2 with:

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year College or university or 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PC’s,messagingand server software applications experiencerequired. LAN/WAN, and ability to automate tasks using basic scriptingtechniquesa plus.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, vendor diagnostics, imaging software such as Ghost, MDT, or SCCM.
• Minimum of one year hardware troubleshooting experience, which needs to include laptops anddesktopfor Tier One vendors.
