Job summary

Insight is seeking an Associate Technician – W2 for its Hanover Park, IL office, onsite only. You will deploy images, customize software, and troubleshoot hardware to ensure systems are ready for operation.

• Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems and imaging software.

We are looking for an Associate Technician – W2 with:

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year College or university or 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PC’s,messagingand server software applications experiencerequired. LAN/WAN, and ability to automate tasks using basic scriptingtechniquesa plus.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, vendor diagnostics, imaging software such as Ghost, MDT, or SCCM.
• Minimum of one year hardware troubleshooting experience, which needs to include laptops anddesktopfor Tier One vendors.
