Job summary

Mujin seeks a Fleet Product Manager to lead development of products that optimize warehouse automation systems, including forklifts, AGVs, and AS/RS cranes. You translate real-world operations into clear requirements and roadmaps, bridging software and hardware in a fast-paced team.

The role requires onsite work in Suwanee, GA or relocation to the area, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration with engineering, R&D, sales, and operations to deliver impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in product management in industrial automation, robotics, or related tech sectors.
• Experience with agile software development and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end Product Management of Mujin US—from concept to retirement.
• Develop product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities aligned with customer needs and market trends.
• Oversee product portfolio performance, ensuring profitability, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory standards to inform product positioning and value propositions.
• Partner with engineering, R&D, sales, and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities for new deployments and enhancements.
• Bridge the gap between software and hardware implementation.
