Job summary

Cox Automotive Inc. is hiring for a vehicle fleet associate in the United States. You will keep vehicles organized, review routing instructions, and move vehicles to designated locations to support efficient operations. You will assess drivability, report issues, and apply labels to ensure accurate dispatch.

Ideal candidates bring a HS diploma or higher, a valid driver’s license, and basic tech skills. Training is provided for more complex tasks, with outdoor work in varying weather.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED plus 3 years of related work experience, OR any degree or certification above a High School Diploma/GED plus 1 year of related work experience, OR 5 years of related work experience.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Keep vehicles organized and parked in the correct locations within your assigned area.
• Review daily work information from supervisors and company systems to determine which vehicles need to be moved and where they should go.
• Move vehicles safely to the correct locations so work can be completed efficiently and unnecessary vehicle moves are avoided.
• Check that vehicles can be driven safely and report vehicles that cannot be driven.
• Apply sale and routing labels to vehicles for correct destination.
• Communicate with supervisors and managers about vehicle inventory levels and priorities.
