Job summary

Triple J in Tamuning, GU is seeking a dedicated vehicle service associate to deliver outstanding customer service and manage vehicle cleaning, inspections, and operations on-site. You will greet customers, perform walk-around inspections, and ensure vehicles are ready for rental with proper safety and cleanliness standards.

The role involves driving, parking, refueling, and assisting with pickups/drop-offs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to safely operate a variety of vehicle sizes in all weather conditions.
• Excellent attention to detail.

• Must become familiar with all vehicle classes and educate customers on features.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service maintaining our Customer’s First commitment and SMILES initiative.
• Display effective verbal communication with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, safe, and prepared per SOP.
• Drive and park vehicles on‑lot and transport as needed.
• Check for vehicle damage and ensure features are operational.
• Detail vehicles including wash and interior cleaning.
• Inspect vehicle status and forward to shop as needed.
• Pre-inspect clean vehicles and note damages on inspection slip.
• Refuel and check fluid levels.
• Meet processing and standardization quotas.
• Greet customers and perform walk‑around inspections with customers.
• Tag and handle items left behind by renters.
• Maintain control of parking lot during peak hours.
• Handle vehicle keys and assist customers with directions.
• Assist with pickups/drop-offs and incident reporting.
• Local travel to various worksites may be required.
