Job summary

Hertz Guam - Tamuning is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding service to customers, support sales transactions during the sales process and provide post-sale assistance. You will educate customers on product features and help upsell optional services and vehicle upgrades.

The role includes handling reservations, inventory, and daily office tasks in a fast-paced shop/office environment. Strong communication and attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Driver’s License required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or related software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service per Customer’s First commitment and SMILES initiative.
• Educate customers on product features and benefits.
• Increase revenue through the sale of optional services and vehicle upgrades.
• Assist customers with directions and rental procedures for various locations.
• Review reservations manifests, update vehicle status, and manage rental flows.
• Perform daily vehicle inventories and identify maintenance needs.
