Lake Geneva Cruise Line in Lake Geneva, WI is looking to hire a full-time Fleet Maintenance Manager for our fleet to join our team. You will work directly with the mechanical technicians on routine maintenance and coordinate in-season and off-season repairs.

We offer a competitive wage of $28-$35 per hour, dependent on experience, along with fantastic benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k), paid vacation and personal time, and employee discounts.

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3-5 years experience in a millwork or carpentry shop, and/or working knowledge of woodworking.
Experience applying stains, dyes, coatings (varnish, epoxy) is a plus.
Valid driver’s license required.
Good health and physical mobility; ability to lift 50 lbs.

Mansioni

Formulate, organize, and implement a schedule of regular non-mechanical maintenance for the cruise line fleet.
Develop and implement large and small scale projects for upkeep and upgrading of the fleet.
Monitor and maintain day-to-day maintenance of the fleet for non-mechanical issues.
Lead the non-mechanical staff by being hands-on and performing the work with the team.
Oversee maintenance performed by non-mechanical staff.
Manage purchase and use of supplies for non-mechanical maintenance.
Report all non-mechanical issues to the general manager.
